Journey — Graduation Film

A graduation film combining live action with hand-drawn classical animation layered directly over the footage. A woman sits alone in nature when a small animated girl appears before her — a vision, a memory — and beckons her to follow. What begins as magical slowly becomes painful, as the child's story of abuse unfolds. When the girl disappears and her father remains, the chase begins — up toward the mountain peak — carried entirely by an original score composed for the film, growing in intensity until the very last frame.
